Palm Beach (La Frondosa) is a family resort located in Bo. Hugom, San Juan, Batangas, running along the same coastline of the now popular LAIYA. It is a combination of privately owned homes and resort facilities to serve the needs of its residents and guests. Visitors can enjoy beach activities amidst lush natural landscaping and charming tropical beach homes. Parents can enjoy watching their children while building sand-castles and experiencing the rushing of waves on their feet for the first time. The only noise and clatter are the lapping waves, rustling leaves and the occasional call of the local fishermen to partake of the catch of the day.

Alexandra is a 3 bedroom house with its own living and family area where guests can mill around or play their favorite board games. It is ideal for families and other homogeneous groups.

Casa Isabel
Isabel is a 5 bedroom house with 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms each on the middle and upper floor. The middle and upper floor rooms are open to a large common family area and deck. Here guests can relax and enjoy each other’s company with games and other activities.
It is a preppy modern Bali-styled house that sports a clean whitewashed façade and a chic spacious interior.

Casitas Deluxe
The Casitas Deluxe are 8 cozy beachfront suites , each with a balcony overlooking the water. The lower units are wheelchair accessible. All the Casitas Deluxe have an ensuite bathroom that is compartmentalized allowing 3 persons simultaneous use. There are 6 Standard Deluxe and 2 Junior Deluxe suites.
Casitas Premier
The Casitas Premier are 4 spacious retreats , each with a splendid view of the sea. These have modern balinese features and large luxurious bathroom.

Palm Beach Resort is located in Bo. Hugom, just after Bo. Laiya, in San Juan, Batangas. It is a pleasant 2 ½ hour drive from Makati via the Skyway – South Superhighway – Maharlika Highway – Star Tollway – through Lipa – Padre Garcia – to San Juan, Batangas.
